What Does It Do?
- Fits onto the end of the LumiCharge V4 hearing aid wire to prevent the hearing aid from moving or slipping out.
LumiEar Technical Note:
To attach a retention tail to your hearing aid wire, first locate the small hole near the end of the wire, close to the dome. Take the retention tail and align its tip with this hole. Gently slip the tail through the hole, ensuring it sits securely in place. Once attached, position the retention tail so that it curves comfortably into the fold of your inner ear, providing extra support and preventing the hearing aid from moving or slipping out. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure a snug, comfortable fit.
