Why do LumiEars cost less than other hearing aids I've seen?
At LumiEar we manufacture all of our hearing aids so we’re able to sell our products directly to our customer with our factory direct prices. In addition, ListenClear hearing aids do not require any tests or fitting which saves you more money and time without all the trips to a specialist.
How should the eartips be maintained?
After removing the hearing aids, remove earwax and debris from the eartips and microphones using the provided hearing aid brush or a soft, lint-free cloth. It is recommended to replace the eartips every 3 months.
I'm not very tech savy will I still be able to use the hearing aids with my phone?
At LumiEar we pride ourselves on our product’s ease of use. Right out of the box, you’re ready to start hearing better! The provided manuals will make it very easy to hook up the app and the app itself is very easy to use and if you are having any difficulties, contact our expert team of hearing support specialists!
Why is my device making a beep sound?
First, consult the User Guide that’s enclosed with the device. Our User Guide is full of thorough operating info, troubleshooting hints, caring tips and was created to help our most tech-UNsavvy users navigate their device easily.
How does one size fit all?
Our devices come with different-sized tips to help you find your perfect fit. If you need to change your tips, no problem we’ve got plenty of other sizes for you.
Can I purchase just one?
The brain processes sound signals from both ears for improved clarity and a more balanced sound. If you use only one hearing aid but have hearing difficulty in both ears, the brain has to process two different sound and clarity levels, which makes it more difficult to obtain a clear understanding of the sound signal. You will be able to hear much better with two hearing aids and your satisfaction with the devices will be much higher.
