Return Policy

How long do I have to make a return? If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the order delivery date for a refund to the original form of payment. To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in their original packaging with all original accessories.
  • Not be damaged, broken, or modified.
  • Not have been purchased under a special offer.

Please note that modifying a product voids all warranties. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only; it does not cover batteries or damage caused by user mishandling, including broken or corroded devices.

Additionally, customers must use the device for a minimum of 14 days (two weeks) before requesting a full refund. This allows time for adjustment to the device. If the device is returned before the 14-day period, LumiEar reserves the right to apply a 10% restocking fee.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning products. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as such returns will not be eligible for a refund.

How long does it take to get a refund? Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return delivery date for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Where do I send my return? All returns require prior approval. Before sending any products back, please contact us at LumiEarHelp@gmail.com. This ensures your return is properly tracked and processed. LumiEar cannot be held responsible for missing packages sent without prior approval.

International Shipping, Returns, and Delivery Policy LumiEar is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties. For information regarding customs policies and fees, please contact your local customs office. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at LumiEarHelp@gmail.com with your order number, email, or the first and last name associated with the order. We will assist you immediately. If you’ve already received a refund confirmation email, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times vary by bank.
