How long do I have to make a return?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the order delivery date to your address for a refund to the original form of payment only. In order to be eligible for a refund your product/products must not be damaged, broken, modified or purchased under a special offer. Modifying a product drops any or all product warranties. **Device must be used by the customer for a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) to get a full money back return. If device is returned before 2 weeks LUMIEAR reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 10% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed. We do this to ensure that the customer gives the device enough time to adjust to their hearing loss.
Do I have to pay the return shipping?
Yes you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or your return will not be eligible for a refund.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Please allow up to 2 weeks from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
How do I know where to send my return to?

Does Lumiear have a warranty?
Yes, every LumiEar hearing device comes with a one (1) year warranty with a free claim. Additional claims or replacements are full price. Claims are subject to approval. Approved claims/replacements are accepted if the device has a manufacture defect. Claims are not accepted for devices that have been corroded, stripped at the gasket (by turning the receiver wires in-properly) or devices that are water damaged.
Am I able to trade in my item(s)?
LumiEar does not currently accept trade ins.
