Hearing Aid Evaluation Service
This service is designed for existing LumiEar customers who are unsure of their hearing aid’s condition or are experiencing performance issues.
When you purchase this service, your hearing aids will be sent to our technicians for a full evaluation to determine their overall condition and serviceability.
What this service includes:

Professional inspection of your hearing aids

Evaluation of performance, functionality, and physical condition

Assessment of buildup, moisture damage, corrosion, or internal failure

Determination of whether cleaning, repair, or replacement is recommended
Important information:

This service does not include repair or replacement. If your hearing aids require replacement, you will be directed to our Hearing Aid Replacement options.

If your devices are eligible for cleaning, you will be notified and the cleaning service must be purchased separately before any work is performed.

If your devices are found to be damaged beyond serviceable condition, we will advise you of replacement options

If no service can be performed, your devices will be returned
Shipping to and from our facility is included.
